Q: Do you allow refunds and returns?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or accept returns, due to the nature of the products we supply and the COVID-19 pandemic. Exchanges/refunds may only apply due to company error. However, if you are dissatisfied with our products or services, feel free to contact us at info@thegoddesslair.com so we can evaluate any issues or concerns you might have.

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it has be placed? 

You can make changes to your or immediately after it has been placed. Send us an email at info@thegoddesslair.com requesting changes. Please be advised that if items were already shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order.

Q: When will my package be delivered?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after order has been placed. It takes 3 to 5 days for your to arrived after it has been shipped.
